Information we handle
Vizade processes the account details you provide, your project briefs and decisions, uploaded reference files, generated project files, and limited service records needed to operate and protect the product.
How it is used
We use this information to provide your workspace, interpret confirmed requirements, generate requested outputs, manage credits, deliver files, prevent abuse and respond to support requests.
Private project material
Vizade will not use private briefs or uploads to train models without explicit opt-in. Product analytics and model-improvement consent are separate choices.
Service providers
Specialist providers may process information only where needed for hosting, authentication, storage, payments or generation. The final provider list and cross-border processing terms require owner and legal confirmation before launch.
Retention and deletion
The production retention schedule and deletion timeframes require owner and legal confirmation before launch. Account and project deletion controls must be verified before public availability.
